Krystina Wray Jackson, a northern California resident for 30 years, was crowned Ms. Wheelchair California in March of 2018. This pivotal event launched her career in Advocacy.

The former Queen graduated in 2009 with a degree in Corporate Finance and a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. She’s passionate about encouraging women with varying abilities to LIVE life to the fullest and enjoys motivating others to pursue their passions fearlessly and “Roll In’’ to not only the board room, but any space they can envision themselves.

As a Bay Area resident, Krystina has been inspired by Silicon Valley movers and shakers from ‘Lean In’ author Sheryl Sandberg to San Francisco’s Mayor, London Breed. Krystina shares her life and her work on multiple social media platforms, enjoys educating herself and others on celebrating life regardless of mental and/or physical ability, and appreciates the opportunity to contribute to the community of over 54 million Americans living with disabilities.

Ms. Jackson is committed to transforming social response, advancing public policy, and strengthening community collaborations for people with different abilities. She is an avid supporter of the quest for self-employment, financial independence and forging successful careers in the field of one’s choice.

As the former West Coast Development Manager for GNS Medical Supplies, Krystina enjoys opportunities to combine her love for medical advocacy and health education.

Her tenacity and perseverance allow her to navigate the waters of entrepreneurship as Founder and Creative Director Silicon Valley Mobility Device Accessories startup ‘California Custom Chariots’ (currently on hiatus).

She also acts and writes. Her first comic book ‘Golden Rey’ is in the process of publishing, and the non-binary artist will be releasing her first music video this summer, created to raise awareness for Suicide Prevention in the LGBTQ+ youth community. The music was inspired by the life and unfortunate suicide of Nigel Shelby. Her first film, where she plays ‘Veronica’, will be featured in the Cinequest Film Festival this April.
