Let's Eat: A Cooking Discussion

Updated: Apr 3, 2022

Last week, TheCIL hosted a discussion about food - specifically, cooking. ‘Let’s Eat’ was hosted by TheCIL’s Assistive Technology Coordinator, Jeshua Aveno, and covered tips and tricks for cooking with a disability.

The course started with the biggest obstacles that people with disabilities face when cooking, like buy and transporting groceries, or inaccessible kitchens.

The discussion also mentioned some high-tech solutions, like ordering groceries through apps like Instacart.

In the end, the journey through the "Abode of Mind" is not just a quest for self-discovery, but a pilgrimage of the soul. It is a journey that leads us back to ourselves, to the essence of who we truly are. And as we journey deeper into the recesses of our consciousness, Abode Of Mind we realize that the truest answers lie not in the outside world, but within the depths of our own being.
